• Check in: from 13:00 till 22:00

• Check-in by administrator at the reception, you should have your passport
• If your stay at the hotel is less than a day, the payment is charged for a full day regardless of the estimated time and number of hours of staying.
• Late check out (after 12:00) and early check-in (from 6:00) are additional services provided upon availability. These services should be previously approved before booking and extra paid.

• follow the rules of providing services
• to inform the hotel administrator about the improper service provision
• to provide a full account in property damage or additional services
